Projects

World Ag Missions seeks to support these sustainability projects they serve their communities.

Pilot Project: Farmer John's Abatwa

The Farmer John's Abatwa in Fond Parisien, Haiti is our pilot sustainability project.  Founded in 2018 by Stephanie Andressol of Haiti and Josue Cesar of Haiti with the support of John Draxton and Edsel Redden, it has been in full operation since 2019.  Farmer John's is the only full-service butcher shop in Haiti.  It operated under USDA standards and has a live kill floor.

It currently serves an average of 135 people every day, providing clean meat to the community and to organizations and businesses around the whole country.

The butcher shop currently employees 23 local people. It also supports dozens of local farmers, who are creating three own livestock businesses to support the new demand!

New Project! Marketplace Restaurant

The Marketplace has the unique opportunity to serve the community with a restaurant.  We hope to support the entrepreneurs as they construct and begin their new restaurant.
